Start up your week with an extra-big frui-tea fix! Join us from Monday 22nd to Wednesday 24th January, bring your own cup, and let us fill it with one of our refreshing fruit-tea flavours*, for $11 per litre. Your own cup of joy!

What are the rules?

*SELECTED FRUI-TEAS

Lychee, Strawberry, Mango, Passionfruit and Peach.

3 LITRE MAX

Maximum 3 litre per BYO Cup. Wait times may apply.

NO GLASS

Cup must not be made with glass and must be food safe.

45MM OPENING

Cup must have a minimum opening of 45mm.

FAQs

  • Customers cannot earn points when purchasing a limited time BYO drink
  • Customers cannot redeem/use points when purchasing a limited time BYO drink
  • Please allow for extra waiting time when purchasing a BYO Cup drink
  • Team members can reject any cups they deem to be unsuitable as per the rules
  • For best quality product we recommend consuming your Chatime within 2 hours
  • When ordering through the Chatime App and the Self Serve Kiosk, customer must present their BYO Cup to staff once order is placed so team member can fulfil order
  • Please note customers cannot customise ice level when purchasing a Limited Time BYO drink
  • Available at participating stores only
  • Cup must be clean and food safe
  • Must be watertight (no seal necessarily required)
  • 1 straw per cup
